2 Hohlen boys + 3 Jacobitz boys = tons of fun!

They only stopped in for a little while.... but we had a lot of fun playing with Samuel, Shepherd & Solomon Jacobitz this week. Todd & I were so impressed with how well they played together and with our boys. I am pleading with Kathy to bring them again soon!!!

Ski Trip

This past weekend Todd and I were able to get away to the mountains of Colorado with some of our dear friends, Brent & Jme Ailes and Jon & Kari McGrew. It was an amazing time of skiing, eating, shopping, laughing and just enjoying the freedom of no children!

Many many thanks to Mom & Dad (and all the other grandparents!!) for keeping the boys so we could make this happen!!!!

Carterisms #2

"Hey Mom, your show is on"
-as he noticed the 5 o'clock news coming on.

"She's ours grandma."
-when asked who Mamie is.

"My nose feels funny."
-his observation that he's getting a stuffy nose.

Ok, these may not be funny to anyone else, but I've got to write them down somewhere!!

Happy Birthday, Mamie!!!

Today is my mom's birthday, first thing I had Carter do when he woke up was sing for her!! She is out in California visiting her friend, Judy, so we had to do it online!!

Happy Birthday, Mom! Happy Birthday, Mamie!
We love you!!!

Fun times with friends

We also got to hang out with the Parker kids (and their mommy) last week. Couldn't help but line them all up for a photo!! These boys are going to have loads of fun growing up together and maybe we'll have a little girl to play with Mia someday =)

Winter Parade

Last Friday, Miss Savannah came to play. She and the boys had a blast. Here are a few pictures from their parade! Always a great way to keep them all busy lining up all the cars and trucks for a good FIVE minutes or so =)
