Brothers, Friends

The boys have been brothers since day one, but in the past week it has become more apparent that they are friends. Turner always wants to see what Carter is doing and Carter is learning it's fun to have TW's full attention. They love laughing together and "wrestling" on the floor (supervision is definitely still needed!). Carter is slowly learning how to be gentle - but it doesn't really matter to Turner, he just loves it when Carter plays with him. As Todd and I look on it's truly beautiful to see them together and think of the many good times that are yet to come for these little boys.

***I need to mark this post for those not-so-brotherly love days that I hear may come!

Carter with his chair pulled up TW's jumper so he can play with him!!
TW obviously enjoying the playtime with Carter.

Carter decided it would be fun to pile all the pillows on TW.
I said ok if you just leave his face uncovered and watched closely!
TW didn't mind too much!
Mommy had to help TW find a little more room to breathe!
That's better!
Carter going for more pillows!

Carter is still stacking pillows and while you can see that Mommy moved TW to safety in the exersaucer!

Carter trying to encourage TW to come back and play!!

I love those pillow pictures. So funny! And, I pulled up your blog and the growing pains theme song started playing!!! I loved that show when I was younger. Good memories.

Sure there's fights here an there, but over all, it just gets better.
