Forever in our hearts

Letting go is never easy. No matter how "prepared" you may be.

Grandpa Hohlen was a light-hearted man who loved farming, tractors, car-racing & coffee with the locals. I loved to hear him talk and share stories of people doing this and that. He was indeed a special guy.

And he was funny and so easy to be around. His smile and laugh were one-of-a-kind, contagious, yet endearing. He looked best in an old pair of jean overalls and was probably most comfortable that way too!

He shared his middle-name with Todd and now Turner.
Something that seemed special at the time, but now so much more.

Grandpa is gone, but will not soon be forgotten.

Thanks for the memories, we love you,

Elmer William Hohlen

Aw, Hohlens, I'm so sorry for your loss. My Poppa Don died earlier this year and I can relate.

My thoughts are with you.
