Turner captures the record....

for the youngest Hohlen kid to have stitches/staples put in!!

NEW RECORD: Turner William, 2 year 3 months - (staples in his head)

OLD RECORD: Carter Thomas, 3 years 9 months - (stitches in his forehead)

**also of note, Carter had his lower lip "glued" when he was about 2 years 1 month

Here's a little from TW on the experience:

More details: The accident (head to formica bookshelf) occurred during Tuesday morning Bible Study at church. Thankfully Mamie was at church for Bible Study too and able to come to LincCare with us. Unfortunately Daddy wasn't available to come along so Mommy had to be the holder while Mamie watched (sort of) with Carter. And this time Papa wasn't on duty - so it was definitely more stressful than our last experience to urgent care - but we survived and we're thankful all he needed was 3 staples :) Other than refusing lay on his back for diaper changes and going to sleep at night on his tummy, Turner seems to be healing up quite nicely!

Life as the mom of little boys can be quite exciting!
