More from the Ozarks

Ok, finally found time to share a little more about our vacation to the Ozarks.

We were blessed to join up with two other families, the Engels & the Isaacsons, and stay at the Tan-Tar-A resort in the Ozarks. We weren't exactly sure what to expect vacationing with a combined 7 kids (all 4 and under), however it couldn't have worked out more perfectly!! We played all day, spent the late evenings enjoying adult conversation, and basically cherished a break from the normal routine home sweet home in Lincoln, Nebraska!!!

Now a few highlights from the trip.....

The kids all loved riding the resort bus to the pool……

We also enjoyed the pool & waterslide…

And even more being able to get out on the lake... and taking in a little tubing (first time for the boys)…

We enjoyed plenty of good eats and we all seemed to rest well at night….

We also went bowling, which proved to be another hit (and another first for 0ur boys)…..

And probably our favorite part, was spending time with friends…

We were very thankful to have had the chance to get away, and to spend the time with such great friends.
